Shipping Policy
We offer standard, flat-rate shipping of 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground for all orders placed on our website. Free shipping is available of all orders greater than $100. Please note that we are not responsible or held liable for packages that are marked by the Carrier as delivered, but were not received by the Customer.
Return Policy
All sales are final on any products purchased on our website. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. If your order should arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product via "live chat" and we will promptly send out a replacement.
For Professional Tools, such as Clippers, Blow Dryers, and Shears, purchased on our website, a 30 day return window applies. The 30 day return period begins on the date, we show your package as delivered by the Carrier. Please note that we do not issue refunds on any tools purchased on our website under any circumstances. However, we will gladly issue a store credit minus a 30% restocking fee, if the item is returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. The Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending tools back to our warehouse. The returned item must be received by us prior to any store credit being issued (minus the 30% restocking fee).
